UsedRecords.gr DOES NOT accept refunds on or changes of products due to the nature of those. Our experience of 15 years in the field of used records allows us to control the quality of our products, within the bounds of possibility.

To avoid any inconvenience or dissatisfaction of yours, ask for any information through e-mail, before completing your order. We are always willing to be of your service as quickly as possible. To establish communication with us it is necessary that you give certain personal information.

When placing an order, you will be asked to give your full name, the address in which the products purchased will be sent, your telephone number (mobile phone or other), your e-mail address etc.

According to the principles for the protection of personal information provided for by legislation and international treaties, the company will not proceed to any illicit use of those information or one to which you have not consented.

UsedRecords.gr  will by no means reveal, make public, sell or exchange any personal information you entrust to us. Personal information of yours may be made public by the company, if certain circumstances arise. However, this will always be in strict observance of the procedure provided for by legislation, when such an action is imposed by a Public Service, court of law etc.
